MOLD INSPECTION
Mold Inspection - Our inspection process starts with a meeting with our client to go over all information about suspected areas of mold in the home. After this meeting, our inspector will focus on the suspected areas and also look into all attics, basements, and crawl spaces in the home. We focus on these areas because they are not only the most important when it comes to maintaining proper indoor air quality but they are often the most overlooked. These spaces are all vulnerable to humidity and excess moisture, which causes the growth of mold. After this inspection, our inspector will put together an estimate with our recommendations to remediate and prevent mold. This inspection takes approximately 1 hour. Depending on how many suspected areas are in the home.

Mold Remediation is typically the removal, cleaning, and disinfecting of mold contaminated areas, such as inside a home. The remediation process entails the use of specialized equipment and methods to ensure complete removal, while preventing new growth of mold.
